These are the locations so far:
Barkmouth – a coastal town in the south, with a pebble beach and chalk cliffs.
Dune House – a boarding house in Barkmouth where Lucy Skylark and Mrs Ermingarde Webfoot live.
The Cinema – an old fashioned cinema run by Fae with a taste for 90s RomComs.
Coastal Coffee – a barely copyright compliant independent coffee shop where Lucy and Olive both occasionally work, albeit doing very different jobs.
Crag Cottage – a solitary cottage ten minute’s walk from Dune House, where Olive Framley lives.
Bus stop library – a disused bus stop that has become a kind of informal library, tended by Bea Furness.
Council library – Barkmouth’s very ordinary library.
Grainthorpe – a northern town where Lucy is from and where her mentor Vera lives.
Treville – a northern city where Olive is from and where her mentor Talia lives.
The old lighthouse – built along the promontory in Barkmouth, staffed (or at least inhabited) by the mysterious Shannon.
